The mission of Three Rivers Defense is to promote safety at home, at work, and for travel by providing violence prevention and self-defense education to individuals, groups, and organizations.

Personal safety workshops are taught by Brigitte Schulze, a lawyer with over 25 years of experience, a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwon-do, and a personal safety / self-defense instructor certified by the National Academy of Defense Education. Brigitte draws on her professional background to include legal perspectives and safety options in her workshops.

Our training options are well-researched and taught by nationally certified instructors. Our goal is to make personal safety training accessible to anyone who wants to learn.  For more information visit www.3riversdefense.com

jelt belts
Functional and socially impactful, Jelt elastic belts are made from recycled plastic bottles and are manufactured in a way that empowers women. Jelt belts are produced by women sewers living on rural Montana ranches and are also manufactured at the Women’s Prison in Billings, Montana, via the Montana Correctional Enterprise Program. This privileged program breaks the cycle of incarceration by interviewing, training and paying the women, giving them the skills and confidence needed to live a more productive life when released.

Since its inception, Jelt has become a Certified B Corporation, is active in 1% For The Planet, and has donated thousands of dollars to charities all over the world. Jelt truly uses business as a force for good
